How to register your child
Please call our registration office to set an appointment for a tour. You can fill out the call form under the contact us link to set up your tour. After your tour please download registration forms and bring them with you to your enrollment appointment.
You will need: The enrollment form , Shot records, the included medical form filled out by your child's doctor.
